Seasonal Realignment Sessions

an intentional practice to step away from your daily routine and consider your marketing/business big picture.

A picture of the ground taken by someone point down. Their black jeans and boots are in the frame. Autumn leaves cover the ground.

Amidst the relentless passage of time, it’s important to slow down and consider the big picture.

It’s easy to lose ourselves in the day-to-day. In my experience working with businesses, life is constantly pushing us towards being reactive, responding to the fires that pop up here and there.

It takes work to be proactive.

To do this, it’s important to slow down periodically. To take stock of what’s happening around us and within us.

A seasonal realignment session is a chance to step back from the daily grind and take a breath. To gain some perspective. To locate ourselves and create a roadmap to guide our next steps.

I want to hold space for you to center your and others’ humanity.

My aspiration is for this session to be a space that gives you permission to slow down and contemplate what you have been doing in full.

Yes, these sessions ARE about marketing. We’ll dive into all the technical aspects of our marketing efforts. But a marketing strategy that is sustainable and effective, long-term, is more than a list of marketing tactics.

At the core of marketing is people.

It’s about showing up where your people are, providing them the information they are looking for when they need it. Considering how you’re serving your audience/customers is one of the biggest pieces that make up a marketing strategy—and rightly so.

But it’s also important to consider the humans on the other side of this exchange. Our marketing efforts can only succeed when we also account for our’s and our team’s needs and capacity.

It’s a holistic regard for everyone’s humanity helps us identify how we are able to show up in our businesses.

What this collaboration entails:

  • a client brief to fill me in on the context of your marketing efforts and any specifics we should home in on. (If this is your first session, there will also be a more comprehensive client questionnaire to fill out.)

  • two 90-minute sessions—scheduled within the span of a week. In addition, you need to carve out time to reflect between these sessions.

Note: My goal is to help you come out of this time with a clear roadmap entering into your next season that’s aligned with your larger goals.
