A partnership to help you achieve your goals

Based around the idea of a part-time or fractional CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), being a Marketing Angel allows me to show up in your business as a collaborator, mentor, strategist, project manager, and implementer, depending on your organization’s needs.

Most small businesses don’t need—and can’t afford—a full-time CMO. However, a lot of the expertise and experience that an experienced marketer brings to the table is not only invaluable, but essential to business success.

This offer is best suited for established businesses. This might be a good fit if…

  • you’ve done well with your biz/marketing, but you (or a team member) have been responsible for marketing on top of being a CEO/COO and want to invite someone to take on the marketing role.

  • your marketing has worked, but you feel like it’s time to take it to the next level. You may want to mentorship to level up your own skills. Or, you might want to hire someone to oversee your marketing operations.

  • you’re happy with your current setup. However, you’d like outside consulting on how to integrate more ethical practices into your business.

My work is rooted in how we can do business differently, in ways that are more equitable and just.

Most popular business practices are born out of racial capitalism. They are rooted in domination, oppression, exploitation, and manipulation.

There are other—better—ways of doing things. Ways that center our humanity. That make space for rest, pleasure, and joy.

I believe in imperfect action. It’s not about performativity. There’s no such thing as being 100% ethical when we’re facing systemic problems. However, we should do what we can, when we are able.

I will always do my best to communicate what I know and give my best advice based on the context of your circumstances.

What this Collaboration entails:

  • a discovery call to determine if we’re a good fit as well as the nature of the collaboration.

  • if there is mutual interest, we will co-create a work agreement around the role. We’ll consider what you need or don’t need in each of these areas:

    • mentorship/training

    • strategy/thought partnership

    • project management

    • implementation

A pricing range will be discussed during the discovery call so that there won’t be any surprises. The exact number, however, will be determined by the final work agreement.
